How to Become a Student?

Admission to civil engineering is available on a self-funded basis and free of charge. Russian Government annually allocates a quota for foreign students. Some universities offer free education without the governmental support as well. For entering you have to pass the admission exams, to gain the set number of points and to be proficient in Russian.
