About the training program
The program is implemented within the direction 43.03.01 "Service". The training period is 4 years. Students of the direction form competencies in the field of design and implementation of technological processes, acquire knowledge in service activities, quality management of services, organization of enterprise activities, and others. After completing the bachelor's educational program, students will be able to: plan the activities of the enterprise, form and maintain a client base; conduct monitoring of the enterprise's activities; perform quality checks of the services provided by the company.
