What do graduates do?
Engineer-technologist (technologist) of the food industry – development and control of compliance with technological processes for the production of products (bakery, confectionery, wines, beer, canned goods, etc.). Quality / product certification engineer – quality and safety control of products at all stages of production, conducting tests for compliance with norms and standards. Chief of the workshop, master – organization and management of production processes and personnel at a specific site of the enterprise. Head of the laboratory, microbiologist – conducting laboratory tests of raw materials and finished products. Commodity expert, raw material procurer – working with suppliers, quality assessment, and raw material procurement.
