About the training program

The sphere of production, processing, and storage of food products, recipe development, and quality control of raw materials is a crucial branch of human activity. Without it, the existence of food industry enterprises and public catering points is impossible. Therefore, the specialty 19.03.02 "Food Products from Plant Raw Materials" opens up broad prospects for further self-realization.

What do graduates do?

The program is aimed at training specialists to solve professional tasks in the field of ensuring comprehensive processing of plant raw materials, environmental safety of production, quality and safety of food products; quality management of finished products; development of new types of products and production technologies in accordance with the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of healthy nutrition of the population, participating in the creation of new global markets, in particular FoodNet.
