About the training program

A translator is one of the most in-demand professions in the labor market. Translator services are necessary for a wide range of organizations—from private translation companies and travel agencies to government organizations working with foreign partners. Students studying in this profile study English in depth and receive fundamental training in Russian sign language. Russian sign language, like other national sign languages, is a full-fledged linguistic system, possessing its own vocabulary and grammar, which differ from the vocabulary and grammar of the Russian spoken language.
