About the training program

The bachelor's program prepares specialists capable of creating, implementing, and controlling the production of quality and safe food products, as well as effectively managing food industry enterprises. Graduates gain comprehensive knowledge in the field of developing new types of products that meet modern requirements for healthy nutrition and master methods for ensuring their safety in accordance with international standards. They learn to organize the work of food production, optimize technological processes, and manage resources to increase business profitability.
