About the training program
The program of the specialty "Translation and Translation Studies (English and Languages of the Romance Cultural Area)" is aimed at training qualified personnel of a broad profile in the field of interlanguage communication with two working pairs of languages simultaneously — "Russian language — English language" and "Russian language — Italian / Portuguese / Romanian language" (and if necessary in the pair "foreign language A — foreign language B"). The preparation involves not only the mastery of the theoretical basis of interlanguage and intercultural communication, relevant digital translation tools, and industry topics, but also practical training within the framework of real translation practices.
