About the training program
The degree program trains specialists in the following profile: Economics of a Service Enterprise and Organization of After-Sales Service Students study:
- consumers, their needs and requirements;
- service processes; methods for diagnosing, modeling, and developing tangible and intangible service facilities;
- information systems and technologies;
- technologies for designing, promoting, and delivering services in accordance with consumer needs;
- service delivery processes in accordance with consumer needs and the development of customer relationships;
- tools of work, legal, regulatory, and accounting documents;
- information systems and technologies.
