About the training program
The educational program prepares specialists for controlling the safety of food products and raw materials of animal and plant origin. The goal of the training is to prevent the spread of diseases from animals to humans through food products, to ensure the sanitary quality of raw materials and finished products at all stages: from production and processing to transportation and sale.
