About the training program
The work of psychologists specializing in conflictology involves the ability to navigate complex, conflict-ridden situations arising in various areas of modern life—from interpersonal conflicts within families and organizations to intergroup conflicts, including intercultural and interethnic conflicts. Psychologists must not only be familiar with de-escalation techniques, but also competently manage conflicts, monitor situations and potential areas where tensions may arise, develop the foundations of a culture of interpersonal and intergroup communication, and prevent emotional burnout among participants in conflict situations.
