The program makes extensive use of active learning methods and includes classes during which master’s students develop skills in using specialized software, as well as opportunities to achieve a deeper command of a foreign language. The program combines advanced global theory in human resource management in a cross-cultural environment with the effective application of practical knowledge shared by successful practicing business trainers. It was developed taking into account recommendations from HR managers at leading Russian and international companies. The program is based on the Professional Standard “Human Resources Management Specialist.”
