About the training program

Students will gain fundamental knowledge and skills in management and entrepreneurship, with a focus on the confectionery industry. They will study strategic planning, marketing, finance and operational management, applied specifically in the context of the confectionery business. In addition, students will develop leadership, communication, and teamwork skills necessary for successfully managing a confectionery enterprise. During their studies, students may also have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the technological aspects of confectionery art, which will help them better understand the production processes and quality of confectionery products.
