About the training program
The program enables students to acquire a profession in the food service industry that is widely and consistently in demand throughout Russia and abroad. It includes developing solid economic knowledge, management and planning methods, combined with a creative approach and the expression of individual identity. During their studies, students use business simulations, case studies, and restaurant production management modeling in the specialized laboratories of the “Food Technology Laboratory” and the “Laboratory for Studying the Physicochemical Properties of Products.” The program can be offered in part-time and accelerated formats.
