About the training program

The program prepares technologists who can develop, implement, and control the production of bread, pasta, confectionery, beverages, and functional nutrition from plant sources, as well as manage quality, design lines, and implement resource-saving technologies; students study biochemistry, equipment, and modern methods of processing raw materials.

What do graduates do?

Graduates work as technologists at bakeries, confectionery factories, wineries and breweries, quality control and certification specialists, process engineers, new product developers (including plant alternatives to animal products), tasters, and microbiologists in research laboratories.
