About the training program
The educational programme in field of study 43.03.03 “Hotel Business,” specialization “Organization of Hotel Services,” has been developed in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education in the field of study 43.03.03 Hotel Business (approved by Order No. 515 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated 08.06.2017, as amended and supplemented), taking into account the professional standards “Head/Manager of a Hotel Complex/Hotel Chain” and “Head of a Catering Enterprise,” as well as other state regulations of the Russian Federation and local regulations of GUAP.
What do graduates do?
The main objective of this type of professional activity is to ensure the efficient operation of hotel complexes and other accommodation facilities, and to provide accommodation and catering services. Therefore, with relevant practical experience at hospitality enterprises, graduates of this field may work as: heads (administrators, managers) of departments (services) of hotel complexes (enterprises) (boarding houses, hotels, health resorts and other accommodation facilities); deputy hotel managers; heads of departments (administrations) of hotel enterprises (complexes) (boarding houses, hotels, health resorts and other accommodation facilities); heads of specialized (production and operational...
