About the training program

The program allows you to obtain a profession in the food industry, which is widely and constantly in demand throughout Russia and abroad. It includes the mastery of clear economic knowledge, management methods, and activity planning combined with a creative approach and the expression of one's own individuality. Students use business games, situational tasks, and modeling of restaurant production management in the specialized laboratories of the "Food Technological Laboratory" and the "Laboratory for the Study of Physical and Chemical Properties of Products" during the learning process.
