About the training program
The Translation and Translation Studies programme is designed to train master’s graduates with competencies in translation, linguistics, and intercultural communication, where language serves as a tool for cultural dialogue and a means of overcoming barriers in business, politics, the media, technology, and international relations. The programme focuses on developing scientific thinking, enabling students to contribute to linguistics and translation studies through research, research and practical conferences, and publications. Particular emphasis is placed on combining semiotics (the study of signs and symbols) with intercultural communication and cognitive science, helping students understand how cultural contexts influence perception
